Pier Village
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons' Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its oceanside pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theatre.
After dinner, a popular activity is strolling through the village, browsing through the boutique shops and eating ice cream. There are a number of local bakeries and sweet shops in the Pier Village that will tempt your taste buds. For the annual 4th of July celebration, thousands will gather in Neptune Park and watch the amazing fireworks show emanating from the pier.
Mallery Park
Mallery Park is located on Mallery Street just north of Pier Village on St. Simons Island. Kings Park, on the east side of Mallery Street, is an extension of Mallery Park. Combined, these parks offer a basketball court, shuffle boards, tennis courts, Butler Fields (three baseball/softball fields), a playground, concession building with restrooms, two grills and many picnic tables. Ocean Walk Community
This community sits on 16 beautiful acres, wide open spaces and boasts the most amenities of any other community on St. Simons!
2 pools, fishing is allowed in our lake, we have a small fitness center, two tennis/pickleball courts, playground, walking paths, dog run, and clubhouse.
